Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Eligible Items:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on sale (if applicable)

No Refund Policy
Currently, CLOVE does not offer refunds. Only exchanges are accepted as per the policy above.
