Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Eligible Items:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on sale (if applicable)

No Refund Policy
Currently, CLOVE does not offer refunds. Only exchanges are accepted as per the policy above.

Clove is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will assist you.
